2013 BETA Business Awards Finalists Announced

The waiting is over and the finalists of the 2013 BETA Business Awards have been named. These companies and individuals, nominated for the outstanding contributions they have made to the equestrian industry, are now in the running to claim one of 11 prestigious business accolades.

Winners of the awards will be presented with their trophies during a special ceremony at the British Equestrian Trade Association’s Gala Dinner at the National Motorcycle Museum, near Birmingham, on Sunday, 17 February.

“The awards have become a real high-point of the industry’s calendar,” said BETA executive director Claire Williams. “They are a wonderful reflection on the work that BETA does to promote business excellence in all sectors of the equestrian trade. To get through to the awards’ final stages is a tremendous achievement for all involved and we wish them the very best of luck.”

All BETA Business Awards finalists have been nominated by their customers or peers within the equestrian trade. The search for the overall winners is now under way – and the process (depending on the award category) includes BETA members’ votes, mystery shoppers and incognito telephone calls. An independent panel will scrutinise the finalists’ submissions.
