SEIB Insurance 'A great place to work award'
SEIB sponsors BETA Business Awards’ new A Great Place to Work Award
The British Equestrian Trade Association (BETA) is delighted to welcome SEIB
Insurance Brokers as the sponsor for the new award that celebrates great places to
work. This sponsorship coincides with SEIB’s 60th anniversary.
The SEIB A Great Place to Work Award celebrates companies that go above and
beyond. Businesses that provide an excellent working environment, career development
for team members, and other benefits that create a productive and happy workplace will
be considered for this award, which will be judged from nominations made by
employees.
“As a company, we really believe in what this award stands for, and we’re very proud to
be a great place to work,” said Nicolina Mackenzie from SEIB. “We have lots of benefits
for our team ranging from having birthdays off to matching charity donations from team
members, support and payment for CPD, and we also support volunteering for charities
by paying for a day so people can give to causes close to their hearts without it
impacting their pay. These are just a few of the things that we do, but as you can see,
we really do believe in the value of making the workplace great, as that’s what keeps
people happy and allows businesses to grow and thrive.”
